Refund and cancellation policy

EasyGrow Digital provides SEO, link building, websites, advertising management, social media, digital PR and AI automation services. Each of these involves research, planning and specialist time set aside for one client, much of it before any result is visible. This policy explains when payments can and cannot be refunded and how to cancel a service. If your written proposal or agreement says something different, the proposal applies.

1. Payments are non-refundable

Once we receive a payment, it is not refundable. This covers every service we offer, including:

• SEO, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, technical SEO and AI SEO
• Link building services and packages
• Website design, e-commerce websites and custom development
• Google Ads and Facebook ads management
• Social media management and digital PR
• AI automation and consulting
• White label SEO

The free SEO audit and the free consultation are free, so no payment and no refund apply to them.

2. Monthly services

• Monthly services have a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month unless your proposal says otherwise.
• After the minimum term, either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice.
• The fee for a month that has already started is not refunded, even if the service ends during that month.
• Fees for the rest of the minimum term remain payable if a client cancels before the minimum term ends.

3. Website and one-time projects

• Website, e-commerce, custom development and automation projects are paid as set out in the proposal, usually in stages.
• A project can be cancelled at any stage by writing to us. Payments already made are not refunded.
• Any payment due for a stage that has already started remains payable.

4. Link building and other prepaid packages

• Link building services and packages are paid in advance, in full.
• Once work on an order has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Charges added by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or banks when you pay us are not refundable.

5. White label SEO

White label SEO is billed per client, month to month, with no minimum period. You can stop a client's service before the next billing month starts. The month already paid for is not refunded.

6. Ad spend and third-party costs

Advertising budgets on Google, Meta and other platforms are paid by the client directly to those platforms, so we cannot refund them. Domains, hosting, themes, plugins, apps, tools, payment gateway fees and other third-party costs follow the refund rules of the company that sells them, not this policy.

7. Work completed before cancellation

Cancelling a service does not undo work that has already been done, such as audits, keyword research, strategy, content, design, development, links or reports. On request, we hand over the work that has been paid for.

8. Results and refunds

Rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on things outside our control, including search engine and platform changes, competitors, the website's history and the client's own decisions. Being unhappy with results is not, on its own, a reason for a refund. Our disclaimer explains this in more detail.

9. When a project is paused

If we cannot continue because we are waiting for access, content, approvals or replies, or because an invoice is overdue, we may pause the work. A paused project is not cancelled, and payments already made stay non-refundable.

10. How to cancel

Send your cancellation request in writing by email to info@easygrowdigital.com or by WhatsApp to +880 1704-062560. Please include:

• Your name and business name
• The service or project you want to cancel
• The date you want the cancellation to start

The service stays active until we confirm the cancellation and the notice period, if any, has ended.

11. Questions and disputes

If you have a concern about a payment, an invoice or a cancellation, contact us first. We will review it against your proposal and this policy and try to resolve it quickly. This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or business change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Work already covered by a signed proposal keeps the terms agreed for it.
