These terms apply to the use of easygrowdigital.com and to the services provided by EasyGrow Digital, a sole proprietorship based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The written proposal or agreement for each client sets out the exact scope, price and timeline, and takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

Using this website

The content on this website is for general information. Prices shown are in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise and may change. A price is confirmed only in a written proposal.

Our services

• Monthly services have a three-month minimum term, then continue month to month unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Either side can end a month-to-month service with 30 days' written notice.
• Advertising spend on Google, Meta or other platforms is paid directly by the client and is not included in our fees.
• Third-party costs such as platform subscriptions, plugins, apps, payment gateway fees and influencer fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

No guarantees of rankings or results

Search engines, AI answer engines, advertising platforms and journalists make their own decisions. We commit to the agreed work, honest reporting and following platform guidelines, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, coverage, traffic or sales.

Payments

Fees are payable as set out in the proposal. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid after the due date.

Ownership

Once paid for, the websites, content and creative we produce for a client belong to the client. Clients keep ownership of their domains, websites, Google Business Profiles, analytics and advertising accounts. We work in them with the access the client gives us.

Confidentiality

We keep client information and data confidential and use it only to provide the agreed services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
