Local SEO Career Accelerator Program
This is not an internship. It is a 9-month career launch program that turns you into a real local SEO specialist by working on live international projects under senior SEO professionals, leading to a permanent role.
Who can join
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS
- Strong web research ability
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Good English reading and writing
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Students and fresh graduates from CSE, BBA, Marketing, English or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Phase 1: Internship (first 3 months)
- Stipend: BDT 5,000 per month
- Learn and assist in real local SEO execution
- Understand our agency workflow, SOPs and reporting
- Work directly with senior SEO team members
- Evaluation on learning speed, task quality, consistency and teamwork
- Successful interns move to Phase 2
Phase 2: Trainee SEO (next 6 months)
- Stipend: BDT 10,000 per month
- Specialize in one core area: Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, content and keyword clustering, technical SEO or link building
- Handle higher-responsibility tasks with KPI-based goals
- Contribute directly to client growth
- After successful completion, you are offered a full-time SEO Executive role

Is the Career Accelerator Program paid?
Yes. Interns receive BDT 5,000 per month during the 3-month internship, and Trainee SEOs receive BDT 10,000 per month for the next 6 months.
How long is the program?
Nine months: a 3-month internship, then 6 months as a Trainee SEO. Participants who complete it successfully are offered a full-time SEO Executive role.
Can I join remotely?
No. The program is full-time and onsite at our Chattogram office.
