This is not an Internship.

This is a career launch program designed to turn you into a real Local SEO specialist by working on live international projects under senior SEO professionals. This will be 9 month long trainning program which will lead to a permanent job.

Who can join:

We are looking for highly motivated learners who have:

Basic understanding of SEO
Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS
Strong web research ability
Ability to work with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Good English reading and writing skills
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Students and fresh graduates from CSE, BBA, Marketing, English, or similar backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

Program Structure:

A 9-Month Structured Career Development Journey

The Local SEO Career Accelerator Program is a 9-month onsite, performance-based training path divided into two major phases.

This structure is designed to take you from a learner to a full-time SEO Executive through real work, real KPIs, and real responsibility.

During this period you will:

Learn and assist in real Local SEO execution
Understand agency workflow, SOP, and reporting system
Work under senior SEO team members
Gain hands-on experience with live projects

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

Learning speed
Task quality
Responsibility & consistency
Communication & teamwork

Phase 1: Internship Program (First 3 Months)

This is the foundation stage where you will build your core SEO skills by working under our senior team on live projects.

During this phase you will:

Learn and assist in real Local SEO execution
Understand our agency workflow, SOP, and reporting system
Work directly with senior SEO team members
Gain hands-on experience with international client projects

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

Learning speed
Task quality
Responsibility and consistency
Communication and teamwork

✅ Successful interns will be promoted to Phase 2 – Trainee SEO

Phase 2: Trainee SEO (Next 6 Months)

This is a high-intensity, skill-focused training phase.

In this stage, you will move from general learning to task ownership and specialization.

You will be trained in one core SEO area:

Google Business Profile optimization
On-page SEO
Content & keyword clustering
Technical SEO
Link building

In this phase you will:

Work with advanced execution strategies
Handle higher-responsibility tasks
Follow KPI-based performance goals
Contribute directly to client growth

🎯 After successful completion, you will be offered a full-time SEO Executive role.
